Unity Farm is a shared space, collectively stewarded by farmers of color and Oregon Food Bank staff and volunteers. It is necessary that the folks we welcome to the farm are in value alignment with us and the work we do, to unlearn and undo the ways of white supremacy in ourselves, our food systems, and our relationship to wellness.

Volunteers will work on seasonal projects with guidance from team leaders and staff. We do a variety of tasks that involve standing, squatting, pulling, and lifting. Please let us know if you have any special needs. We ask that you wear sturdy, comfortable, close-toed shoes and clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Also, please bring a water bottle. We make every effort to ensure the safety of our volunteers. The farm is open rain or shine; please be sure to dress appropriately.
