How We Are Organized

We are a non-denominational church that is committed to transparency and accountability. We understand that a church does not belong to or defined by individual leaders, but led by Jesus and its work carried out by all members. To reflect these values and commitments, we have the following structure:

• Oversight Team is a small group of members tasked with overall vision for the church, fiscal responsibility, and accountability for the lead pastor. They approve the budget, assist with the major decisions, and support the pastors in crises and conflicts within the church.
• Pastoral Team is employed by the church to lead ministries and equip the members to minister to the community and beyond. They develop and maintain programs of the church and encourage and train members to be effective ministers.
• Ministry Leaders Team is a group of members who are tasked with leading specific ministries. They encourage and invite member participation and lead in the important works of the church
• Members are those who have promised to serve, give financially to, and be held accountable by the church. They are Pearl Church, from whose commitment and generosity, all of the ministries here are possible.
